background picture for main page

Hi There,
I am trying to change the background picture of my main page.
www.newillustration.co.uk
I delete the existing picture (rugby player) and try to upload a new picture...but as soon as the uploading is finished, the old picture (rugby player) appears again...weird.

can you help me?

Shift + browser refresh and see if you get the new image.
