More Text in image title / caption?

Hi, hope this is in the correct category...

Not sure if it's something I'm doing wrong, but it seems that I'm limited to 35 characters when adding an image title or caption using the Thickbox format. Is there any way to increase that? Also, is there a way to make BOTH the title AND caption appear using the Thickbox format?

typing the question in the search box will give you a lot of results... like this
