You should ask your host where to upload files...and/or...where they went. We aren't able to guess on this one...

I can't seem to "connect" to the install page:
http://www.andrewfinden.com/photography/ndxz-studio/install.php

It is the url that my c-panel is giving me for the file.. so, I don't know what's wrong! The permission for the file is 744

Hi,
having problem with this... surprise surprise.
im just a simpel photographer and my knowledge with computer stretch only as far as adobe programs and fetch ftp. ;(
i emailed my provider dreamhost the questions that was suggested. the answers i got is in the text below.
i

I would like to install Indexhibit on my hosting account so I would
like to know if my current setup supports the following requirements:

- PHP4 or above
- MySQL 3.23 or above
- Apache hosted on Linux (or similar but Windows will not work)
- mod_rewrite enabled (optional)

If my current situation does not meet these requirements can you
switch me to a server that does? Are there any additional costs I
might incur doing this?

Yes, if these are the only requirements, the software should work just
fine on our servers.

I would like to install Indexhibit on my hosting account but I need to
know my database connection information. Is there a place inside the
control panel where I may either look this up and/or manage my
databases? Do you provide any tutorials to help me manage my databases?

Yup, in fact there is! All you need to do is go to "goodies->manage
mysql" in your panel and you can add a new database. You can then connect
using the settings you create for the database.

Once I know my database name, database user name, database password
and database host I can then easily install Indexhibit on my own.

Yup, just create one and you should be all set! If you need help with
anything else, just let me know :)!

installed everything the way it supposed to be install, I set indexhibitv070e as my initial folder as /indexhibitv070e
. then i emailed my provider dreamhost the questions that was suggested. the answers i got is in the text below. still dont work
i tried to set just www.axeloberg.com as the intial folder.
still dont work. any help is highly appreciated

I am also getting the message below, when I type in http://www.subiacophotography.co.uk/ndxz-studio/install.php

Not Found
The requested URL /ndxz-studio/install.php was not found on this server.

When I first tried it, it worked and took me to the language page but when I got to the the part where I had to fill out the fields I realised I didn't have an SQL database set up. So I went back and did this so I would have the information below:
- database host
- database name
- database username
- database password
The problem now is that I can't get back I just Keep getting the 404 not found message.

My web host has tried the link and told me that they are going straight to the language page and suggested that I clean my cache. This hasn't helped either.

What should I do?

Thanks,

Mark
