Hi, I would give you menu more room to breathe ( left and top padding) also on my 17" monitor the images are all half cut off at the bottom, forcing me to scroll just to see the bottom half, I would look at putting either:
a)The description of the project next to (on the rightof) the project details(Type, Project, Location etc.) or
b) Leave the text as it is and move the images to the right of the text.
Also the image on your Main page is not very descriptive of the rest of the content, I would try to use something that tries to portay a little more who you are/what you do/why I should care.

At first when i open your site....honestly , I did not get attracted to click some links. I don't know why, maybe its the lay-out, or color, or the link. Now, I'm viewing it...
I also don't know if it is design firm, art firm, or photography. In my opinion a good web site should give an impression of what you do by the time you go to the site.
For example, I'm a client and I want to hire you and I want to contact you, when i go to your "ABOUT" which happen to be your contact page, I get also confuse of the page because of so many text. I would suggest that you make it clean, simple and direct, clients don't have so much time to read stuff they don't need.
Try to look more web site that you really love and study why it's effective.
