ok, i've read the other search results with the same title. and unfortunately none of them have helped me. i'm fairly certain i followed all of the instructions. where do i install the database? how do i install the database?

any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

so i've re-upped everything and now i get this:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

ok now i've changed everything back to the way it was and i'm back to the database not installed message
