'files' and 'gimgs' folders?

In the 'how to install' directions it mentions changing the permissions of these folders to 777, but I can't find these folders anywhere in the ndxz-studio folder. Where are they?

edit: nevermind, I see that I am on a microsoft server, which won't work.

OK, now I think I'm on a compatible server, but still having trouble finding these folders.

you need to upload the folders from the install files...
