i'm sorry, you must receive lots of these 'help' posts...

i've done it all, really, the dot, the permissions. files are in the public_html folder, my host (bluehost) has all the requirements.

when i go to lucybarfoot.co.uk/ndxz-studio/install.php it says ERROR 404. i don't understand! please help!

You've probably uploaded them to the wrong folder...check with your host.
