problems installing

when i try to run the installing program i get this:

i´ve already uploaded the folder to my ftp and changed the permissions and renamed the htaccess file

what can i do to get it working?

You are missing files...sometimes when you are uploading ftp can miss things. The specifies a particular file, but there could be more than one missing.

But since you aren't installed yet just reupload everything again...

i tried both re-uploading the files and deleting the files i had and loading them again and the same notice comes up each time. how can i solve it?

The file does exist...so maybe there are random permissions issues. Otherwise, your host has a weird configuration (or it's a Windows server) and it can't include this file.

Never seen this error before...I'm not really sure what to tell you beyond the above.

I looked up your webhost and it appears it is a Windows server...

what is most crazy is that the first time i runned the hole operation it worked, i was in the screen were you are asked to fill-in you database name and other data, that i couldn´t get right so i decided to try on another moment, the next time i tried i got this message...

i consulted my server and they say they run on linux.
need help to make this work....

I doubt it...I bet it's Apache on Windows and this will not do.

Not all servers are created the same...we try to make it work on all of them...we've done pretty well considering the number of installations that exist out there.

We don't have any more help/advice for you on this...either way...it doesn't appear that it will work with your host.

This would be the first time in over a year that I've heard of a server that supposedly met our requirements that would not work. Honestly.
