I am very new to this, and feel a bit of an idiot asking, but why is my site so teeny tiny? www.sarahbesford.com, and some simple instructions to make it look bigger would be very much appreciated. Is it because I need to download a theme? I tried copying one to my folder, but it doesn't show up on my settings???? A very confused non-web designer.

you need just to open the file style.css and try to modify some " font-size: " save and refresh the ftp(is your space,where, inside have all files of your site( also your ndzh-studio/site/eatcock/style.css ....)and if never change in your hompage .... ctrlZ.... and change next " font-size: " ....
Anyway, if you looking around the forum you find the same thread !!!
@sarah - what christian says is correct except for one basic point: the eatock theme, which you're actually using, is not intended to be customized.
in order to make any style change you should go first to your Exhibits: Settings page and set the Theme to Sample.
the next step is to play with your /ndxz-studio/site/sample/style.css... and enjoy!

to see the themes choice, on the settings page, don't forget to put yourself in advanced mode…
Lots of good advice there. Take a deep breath now...just go one step at a time. You managed to install it - these things will soon become rather easy for you as well.
