ok so im moving my site to a new host, but i had to instal inexhibit files all over again from this site since older ones had script that crashed my site, now with the new files uploaded, i created a new database, and then imported localhost txt file into it, and now it says Database is not installed. what am i missing here?

You don't need the install.php if you are manually moving the parts like this...
I see that there are still files missing - just read what the error message says.
yea, but how do i install it(bring it back) i exported it as a txt file from the old host...
You import it into the new database...the same way you exported it.
but thats what i did, i went to my Vpanel, MySQL Databases, created a new database, opened it, and imported the txt. file, it said that 21 or so actions were sussesfuly installed... but i guess not?
