Hi all,
I'm a print designer by trade so having ventured into the world of digital most of the terminology is quite alien to me, so bare with me please!
I am having problems with the installation process. I keep getting stuck at this error:
XX Please check your config settings again.
The details I have are the following:
Exhibition name: www.iamtomsmith.co.uk
Database server: cust-mysql-123-01
Database Name: iamtomsmith...89502_db1
Database Username: uiamtom_389502_1
Database password: I re-set this when I created the database
I think I need to create a user within the database via phpmyadmin and grant privileges but I can't find how to do this.
Using the default questions and querying the database privileges for my webhost as provided on this site I received the following response:

You cannot modifed the default user permissions through phpMyAdmin.
