Is there an easy way to update from older versions yet?

Maybe you can writeup a quick walkthrough of how to update indexhibit from older version, without overwriting/clearing all your work and styles?

I'm on a really old version 0.63 (i'm near the bottom of the user list haha)

Wait until the new version is out...

I'm not going to promise that old installs like that will even upgrade...it may require a new install. We're making some big changes for many reasons...one of them being so that upgrades will be dead simple in the future.
