I have a problem and cant find any old thread about it...
The titles in my menu bar doesnt link, I got this message:
Not Found
The requested URL /contact/ was not found on this server.
(the title in the menu is contact)
I would be very happy for help!

He's asking for the url to your site so we can see this...
You probably have not set up your clean url's properly. Re-read the How To Install page and pay close attention to the info about htaccess/modrewrite/clean url's at the end.

I think I have clean my url´s I checked in the /ndxz-studio/defaults.php file and it is changed to define('MODREWRITE', true);
A friend helped me with this a time ago
So now I want to check if I have renamed htaccess to .htaccess (with the dot)
Were do I find this?
Ok noe it works I didit have any htaccess must have deleted it with misstake or something
