What kind of error is that? A javascript error? A validation error?

The error output you have is not an Indexhibit error message...

I don't see any errors...

Which IE are you using? IE is garbage...use Firefox.

Indexhibit was out before IE7 was out. IE8 is nearly out. We'll test the new version of Indexhibit with it, but for now, any bugs that exist in IE7 exist are not going to be addressed.

I don't consider IE7 a modern browser though...which is what Indexhibit requires for successful usage.
