First of all, thanks for this great site... It s amazing.
I dont get it but from one sec to another my site does not show anymore!
it says error 404 and 403
Any ideas?

The last part of the "How to install" page deals with clean urls...htaccess...mod_rewrite...re-read this part and make sure everything has been done.

Hi there, I´m very stressed because run the address with .../ndxz-studio/install.php in all ways the result always is 404.
Please, there are another solution?
I use to cyberduck and Startlogic hosting. The File Manager in Startlogic is ok (I think so).
I need help please, I don´t know how a simple job demands many nights and days.

You do understand that stating a problem without an address will not get you far...
If you are trying to install and still can't track the install.php file then I suggest you ask your host to tell you which is your root folder.

I checked and the file is there.
It might not be in the right place though or it might be damaged. Where can I find another one? My sister got an indexhibit site can I copy hers?
What I dont understand is that everything was working fine and literally from one sec to another it stopped!

maybe the server dropped or got attacked and the host used a backup... who knows...

If you think you're missing or have corrupt files then there's a link in the Useful threads post (in the top of the forum) called "How to reinstall without losing current website content"

actually spoke too early did not check the sections....
and this is what i find:
