ronnieraymendez.com

This is a godaddy account
I am using filezilla

I am a novice

I followed the steps to install the files with the FTP software... Noticed a bunch of files located in the FTP already... deleted them then uploaded the indexibit files.
entered ronnieraymendez.com/ndxzstudio/… into the browser and received a 404 page error.

also the previous home page for the coming soon created with some Godaddy thing is still showing up.

Godaddy is no help

Not quite sure what to do at this point.

Please advise

Yeah, they aren't great at helping people with basic things.

You probably should not have deleted the files at the beginning though. Was there a folder called 'html' or 'www' or 'public_html' or something like that?

What do you see when you first login with FTP?

I downloaded and saved all the files I took off onto my desktop.
There wasn't a folder with those names. Just some files and a folder named stats.
There is what I guess is the root folder named /
and within that is these files
welcome.html
webformmailer.php
favicon.ico
php.ico
gdform.php
and thats it.

And you uploaded the contents of the Indexhibit folder to the site?

If you did, then Godaddy needs to do something because they are not accessible from the web.

It was Godaddy... They are noobs
they didn't redirect the IP address.
I cant believe it took me 4 calls to solve this.

Thank you!
