Hello, I recently transferred domains through Dreamhost and want to transfer my indexhibit files over to that domain. Could you give me support on how to go about this? I have changed my domain name on my ftp client but am unsure if that's sufficient.
Old domain: ramonstoianova.com
new domain: ramona-stoianova.com

Domains are not an Indexhibit issue. If you are on the same host you could ask them to help you direct the new domain to the previous domain - you won't need to change anything FTP.
Tell them you have a new domain and wish to connect it to your previous domain...the rest should be easy...
I'm having a similar issue, but I'm transferring to Dreamhost from a different host. Should I just reupload all the files and restore the DB, or is there a cleaner way of doing this?
A cleaner way to do a fresh install. Otherwise, reupload, restore db, etc...

Hello,
I have transferred my domain from Go Daddy to another host because of Go Daddy's terrible service, but I didn't make any backups and what happened is that all my data, my whole web site is now gone.
New hosts couldn't find any data on my domain and Go Daddy is impossible to contact because they don't have e-mail, they just offer phone services. I'm from Croatia and have no intention to call US and then wait for 30 min before getting to an operator.
Is there ANY possibility to restore my old website or is it forever gone?
