Thank you for taking the time to help me retrieving my password. For one reason or the other my password doesn't work any more, although I haven't changed it and I tried for hours to sort it out myself, reading the different forums, but without much success.
I have now tried with our IT guy at work, but he didn't get any further. I haven't built my site myself and besides the content management of the site, which worked always fine, I don't have much experience with IT.
I have a few questions regarding the reset.
- Do I have to download an indexibit software to have a /ndxzstudio/ folder?
- when I open the downloaded php file', I am facing cryptic text... I tried to copy/ paste the cryptic text into my server - no success...
- the yoursite.com/ndxzstudio/reset2.php just takes me to my site and not to my login site

Apparently it is easy to understand, but I am really stuck.
