Fatal error message

I'm a complete novice at this so not sure where to start and there's a possibility this is a Web Hosting issue rather than anything Indexhibit. About a year ago my website stopped working and I started receiving a Fatal Error message. Website address is below and full text copied at bottom of this message:
ceriwilliams.org

Anyone know what this means and how to resolve it? Website is now well out of date so I'd be happy just to lose content and start it again from scratch if this is a more straight forward fix.

Thanks for anyone's help. Ceri

Your server was updated to a newer version of PHP which is not compatible with that version of Indexhibit. This coming week I will be releasing an update that will solve this problem. Just watch the site...I hope it's out early in the week.
