I am making a website

mayjenniferdavies.com

I have made 2 sections called 'theatre' and 'film'

In the admin - sections - path name it says they are

mayjenniferdavies.com/theatre/
mayjenniferdavies.com/film/

But when you click on the link in the index on the site it comes up with a 404 error message.

I have discovered that the pages do exist but have strange urls

eg mayjenniferdavies.com/

whats going on???!

I've sorted it...I found a note that said we needed to put a 'dot' in front of the htaccess file which has worked!
