Displaying Retina Files

Hello there!

I know this has been asked before, but I have a problem using the retina.js script on my website, so I can display higher resolution images for visitors having a retina display.

First I downloaded the script and added it to the "js" folder. Then I added the code to both to the index.php as well to the media.php (both in my theme folder, called "default2") just above the closing tag.

I also have two versions of my image files under "gimgs". The one indexhibit created, as well as the high resolution one ending with "@2x.jpg".

I just cant get it to work. I am using the "horizontal" exhibit layout.
I am pretty much a total beginner with this stuff and have barely had anything to do with creating a website, so don't be too hard with me. Would be very happy if someone has an answer or a tip what might be going wrong.

Or maybe there is a better resolution now to add retina images?

Best
Jonas
