rebuilding site

So Godaddy deleted all of my hosted files due to me missing a payment, so I am in the process of rebuilding my site. I was using indexhibitv070e before and just installed version 2. Is there a way for me to bring pages back from my old website? When I built my original site, I copied all of the folders and files to my computer as a backup.
I have a "files" folder, "htacess" and "index.php" files and a "ndxz-studio" folder. I tried to copy those over to my space and change the database info in config.php, but it didn't work. Do I just need to rebuild the whole site?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mark Z

Wow...that's terrible.

Do you have the old database?

I'm guessing not. While researching this topic I saw posts about backup up your database, which i don't believe I did. Godaddy will be happy to give me back my site for a $150 "recovery" charge. This is all because someone stole are debit card and we had to change our account.

That is terrible.

Your site is gone. Luckily, it's not hard to build an Indexhibit site after installation.

Good luck with things.

Finally got my site back! I had to speak with management and they waived the $150 recovery fee.- markwzimmerman.com/
