i'm upgrading as shown in Help, but when i go to thehelioexperience.com/ndxzstudio/…, appers this error: 500 internal server error.

I think you have some file permissions issues to resolve.

i've changed the permissions to 0755 in

/files dimgs
/ndxzsite/config
/ndxzsite/cache

and its not working.

Send me your FTP info and I'll take a look. I really am good for something around here. ;)

Took me less than a minute to resolve - folders and files did not have the right permissions.

All files/folders were 777 - that's not allowed.
