After entering Database information, next page is blank

Hello,

I know this type of problem has appeared before in the forums, but I have searched all the threads and none of them provide answers that work for me.

During installation, I submit my database information and the next page that comes up, which should be the preferences page, is just blank. White page. Nothing loads.

My permissions are correct, my server has all the necessary requirements. I contacted them and they couldn't see anything wrong on their end. I have tried deleting all indexhibit files and starting from scratch multiple times. Same results every time.

The weird thing is, when you go to my URL michaelhession.com, the default indexhibit page is there. I just can't access the CMS. If I go to /ndxzstudio i just get another blank page.

I am at a loss. Any ideas out there?

Hmmm...

Did you reupload the entire 'ndxzstudio' folder? Give it a try.

If the frontend works the backend will work. It's either that a file is missing or, yes, permissions.

Does your error log have any info?

This indicates that something isn't right with the database. This is very strange...how could the frontend work then?
