Installing problem

I am trying to install indexhibit. I am using files that I received in January 2013.
I had used these files before and everything worked fine. I have since had my indexhibit website taken down but now want to upload it again. I have created the database and uploaded the files and changed the permissions. When i get to the page to install it just reads blank.

Is there more updated files I should be using?

Jan 2013 files from this site are version 2 - the new one.

I see now that I have PHP version 4.4.7

Yes. PHP 5.2 or greater...
