i used before without problem but today when i tried to make something suddenly i have to login.

but i can't remember my login , password
and they sent me email with Password Update.
so there are login and password

BUT!!
login (so i think it's a ID) is longer then 12 characters.
so i can't write my whole ID characters..

how can i login again.....

Your site is not connected to our site - you can not reset your password via our site. Which is why you need to use the password reset script (as I mentioned above already).

I mean the problem is not password
i already received my new password

and i changes already my login almost 3weeks ago
so my login is not index1. i'm sure.

and install again

When you use the password reset, as the instructions say, your login will be changed to...

Login: index1
Pwd: exhibit

Then you can change them again...
