Indexhibit Support

Hi! I've managed to install the columner theme for v2, but i don't get the exhibition formats.
Namely: Horizontal w/ text, Thickbox, Slideshow etc.
I still get the old ones: Documenta, Visual index etc.

Any ideas on how to get to use the Columner ones?

His version of columner was never finished - what you see on that site is very outdated (and he is not updating things).

All of those things are replicated via new formats - just play around with things.
