password reset without ndxz-studio folder

Hello,

I can't figure out how to get to my ndxz-studio folder in order to start the password reset process ( I can't log in for weeks). I had installed indexhibit years ago on a different computer. Any suggestion ?

ndxzstudio folder, you mean. not legacy.

the plugins section has password reset scripts (i have provided this same info about 300 times in this forum in the past - please use the search).

I understood that, my issue is more related to the absence of the ndxzstudio folder to even start the reset process ( therefore I mentioned the fact indexhibit had been installed on a different computer, etc.). Sorry, it is probably a very obvious question - yes and 2.0 not legacy version -

If that folder doesn't exist then you aren't using v2 - it wouldn't be possible.
