After migrating hosting accounts, 404 on all /subpages

Hello, I have just recently migrated from an older Godaddy hosting account to a newer, deluxe cpanel account with the same hosting service.

One of my Indexhibit sites (rosarioedwardsphotography.com) is up and running fine. However my first Indexhibit site (rosarioedwards.com) is experiencing a 404 page error on any link on the page, though the home page is loading properly.

I migrated all the files. Even deleted them and re-uploaded.
The site that is up and running was placed in a sub-folder on the root directory. The site which is not running properly is located on the root directory.

I have updated all the permissions to 777.

I'm not sure what else to do.

The only thing I can think of is the Cpanel outward facing html root directory is called Public_html, and I'm not really sure if the root directory had a name on the last account. It is weird that the home page is loading but no other links.

Any ideas?
