I was wondering if there is any change to get an Indexhibit 3.0 or something. I love this CMS but I would appreciate to get a bit more updated features.
I'm not a developer, just know enough code to get by. And maybe there is a way to use html5 and css3 features already in Indexhibit as it is... but it seems Indexhibit has been slowly dying.

Sadly, there is only so much one person can do. I don't have funds or help to work on this project much. I'll make a small update soon...but Indexhibit doesn't need new features (just to have new features).
There are now some solid alternatives - most of which aren't free though.
People should ask themselves how these small projects stay alive without funding or regular income. They don't - they fade away. In the past 10 years the internet has changed so much that people want to work on their own projects - not help a small project like this. Even when I had a little money to spend on things I couldn't afford quality help.
