I can't retrieve login and password through the website page where email is asked for that, I receive "there was an error" message. How can I get them? I have changed them but I can't remember them. My website address is arnaudponcelet.com/

I had this problem recently and I've managed to search out a solution.
indexhibit.org/plugin/utility/password-reset-v2/
I had to reset my whole password/login because I kept getting an error saying "this email address is not valid" (when it defiantly is).
just follow the instructions on the indexhibit link and make sure you change your password and delete the reset.php file from cyberduck or whatever program your using on your computer!
