I just upgraded from 2.1.3 to 2.1.4 today. I made the mistake of uploading all of the contents of the folder to my root rather than just ndxz studio. Now, I get a 404 not found error message when trying to access my site or visiting mysite.com/ndxzstudio. I have everything backed up, so any lost info is not a problem. I use dreamhost for my webhosting and file zilla as my ftp application. I'm new to all of this.
I realized I had two copies of my ndxz site and studio folders. I removed one of each, and got this message:
