Sorry, there's too many configurations for MAMP and this forum can't support this...

castropereira / 2010-09-17 16:01:59

sorry, but i think that my problem is just with the style.css or the index.php

in my server the site is working great... but i just can't put the link here because the site isn't online yet...

my problem is a layout issue...

i want to put on the top left the logo
top right the menu ( horzintal menu)
bellow the logo and the menu i want the site contents

simple...

anyone???

castropereira / 2010-09-20 10:07:14

what i wanted to know... is where can i change the logo position... i'm editing the index.php and now i can put to logo on the right side of the menu, but is i change the logo position to the right he appears over the menu....

as i said... i'm not having any problems with my MAMP, the only reason i talked of mamp was to say that i can't show the site because i don't have a link!!!

Hello.

This seems like a very basic css issue.

Try playing around with the "float" property in your css:

Jesper.

It's quite hard for anyone to help without being able to actually see your website itself. ;)

Generally, insdie the style.css controls positions of things, right?

castropereira / 2010-09-20 10:31:38

right...

arsondpi / 2010-09-20 12:22:33

...that's exactly why we can't support local installations - it's pure guessing...
That and some other details that concern the forum rules...
