Indexhibit Support

Hi there,

I don't know what to do. I can't access administrative area or do anything. http://www.edfinkler.com/indexhibitv070e/

Ok, if I just type edfinkler.com it directs to my host page. I can only access my indexhibit page through: http://www.edfinkler.com/indexhibitv070e/ and then from there I literally can't do anything. The only way to access my administrative area is: http://www.edfinkler.com/indexhibitv070e/ndxz-studio/?a=exhibits And if I add projects to it, I still can't see them on the main page.
I tried to be as clear as possible, hope you could help me with the information above.

ah, ok, it's no biggie, your problem is that you have uploaded indexhibit in a subfolder indexhibitv070e

you have to move all your indexhibit files and folders one level up, directly under your root (when the indexhibitv070e subfolder is empty, you can delete it, you won't need it)

I'm using Cyberduck, and the only files I can see in my root is: indexhibitv070e and b-one-defaut.html
Indexhitv070e is already in my root file. Then, should I delete the file named b-one-defaut.html?

1) indexhibitv070e is not a file, but a folder: under it you will find all your indexhibit folders and files. you should move them (only the contents of indexhibitv070e) one level up, just where the b-one-default.html is, so all folders and files are in your root but not indexhibitv070e

2) delete b-one-default.html

Yes, I did it as you said and it still doesn't work.

yes it does ;) reload your page in your browser, several times if needed (your browser needs to clear its cache, it's remembering old things...)
