Indexhibit Support

Hi,

I have the plugin "slideshow" in assets. But when i want to choose exhibition format it doesn't show. I already downloaded it and put it in the right folders on my desktop but still, nothing...
Help please!!

You should use the account you purchased Indexhibit with in the forum...

Slideshow can be downloaded via the forum - have a search for the beta.

The accounts are not linked that way...your site is separate from ours.

Got the slideshow working.
Another problem arose now. The previous and next button don't seem to work, nor if i do it in thumbnail.
What am i doing wrong?

I bet your statistics aren't working, too.

You need to adjust the permissions on /ndxzsite/plugin/ajax.php. Try 777 first and see if things work. Then, try 644.

I can see in Firebug that that file is causing problems...which is easy to resolve.

It was already on 644. So I changed it back to 777, but nothing changed.
Just to be sure. We are talking about the FTP application? (cyberduck)

indeed, statistics aren't working either

Try 755. If that doesn't work, then ask your host if they are catching anything in their mod_security logs (but this would affect other parts of your cms too).
