Indexhibit Support

Hi,

I can't login, even though I have tried the reset password plugin. When I entered my email for a new password I didn't recieve one either on my new or any of my old emails. I can't work out where I've done something wrong but I was on indexhibit editing literally last night. Could it be me anything to do with trying to work on it on my new laptop instead of the one with the folders on? Please help, my website is rosiectaylor.co.uk.

Please help me, I can't afford to pay for a one to one conversation and I need to work on my website and send it to someone. I have recieved two emails saying that my password has been changed to a new one, but that my login is now set to my email address. I think it's now not letting me in because my login is too long?
