I dont have the number that was provided when I signed up - as it is a different users name to the main website log in?

Our site is separate from yours - we don't control your login. But, you can reset using the Password Reset script - found in the Plugins section.

The problem is the sign in name is different from the main website to the site editor, I have contacted the email provided several times but I only get an automated response, this is really frustrating as I cant access my site at all? PLEASE HELP!

Yes, and I explained above why that doesn't work. And, just as in my previous post, there is a reset script in the PLUGINS section.
