Indexhibit Support

Hi,
I recently updated my site and now every link on the navigation sends me to a "No input file specified" I've read all the forum, changed the .htaccess and changed the options.php for clean urls and nothing... the most that does it's to send me to the root which is not even related. what could it be? is there any way to solve it?

So I cleaned all I could but I still have the same problem, all navigation links send me to a page outside indexhibit.

Those where 10 stressing hours!
It was something with the server and some dumb conflict nobody noticed until now.
