Website does not start anymore. /html/index.php defect?

My website (gruenderkirfel.de) is not working anymore. Though I have not been changing things since weeks the site does not show up, but says:

Do you have a backup of your site?
Did you change the login to your hosting panel?

Something was changed, even if it wasn't your actual website, that is causing this...

It is a bit mysterious to me. I have made an update of my site some days ago, which was not completed correctly, but I did not change anything in the settings. Is there any chance to replace the index.php without loosing all the content?
