Hi,
I seemed to have lost my way with my site and as a novice need some help. I have a backup and need to know how to use it. I feel the best way is to start again, i.e. reuploading indexhibit etc.
Would be very grateful of any assistance.

Yes I think I have both files and database saved on my computer. I have deleted all the files that were on filezilla with the intention of starting again. But as I have a backup I don't have to do that do I? All I know is is that I was too hasty to put it public and I lost it. Sorry for the garbled language.
Well, what did you delete from your Filezilla? You realize that might have been your actual files - Filezilla doesn't store anything.
Ok I think I follow, so my files are gone. In that case I will start again. My site was very basic anyway and I can redo it.
Hi started again. Got everything uploaded, permissions done etc. But now this happens - alan.lyons.com.
