I login correctly and it just gives me login err. Then it says the email I enter is invalid. This is incorrect. Please help.

Sorry to be a pest but I do need help with this. I can't log in with safari which is the only way I can upload image files. This is my day to work on my site and I'm unable to do so. Thank you for your help.

I'm having the same problem as you. I have tried with the reset plugin but it´s not working. I have uploaded it to the ndxzstudio folder, check its permissions (644), reload the login page and user the basics login/pass: index1 / exhibit, but I keep seeing the error message.

And when I introduce my email, it appears another error message "there was an error".

Am I doing something worng?

Solved.
I didn't understand from the explanation of the reset plugin that once the archive reset2.php is uploaded, you have to open that url in the browser ("bring it up in your browser") --> yoursite.com//ndxzstudio/reset2.php --> this way the script runs.
