Indexhibit Support

Hey guys,

i'm having a bit of a hard time with both indexpand and expanding menus plugins.

the site is: p-u-n-c-h.ro/

the problem is that i have two expanding sections (books&magazines and publishers) which both expand at the same time when i click on one of the exhibits which has content inside (just started to work on this project so many of the sections/exhibits are still empty). i'd like them each to expand separately when the section is clicked.

i've been searching through the forum for similar inquiries but nothing came close. would be grateful for some help on this one.

They are working just fine for me. Which browser are you using?

i'm using chrome :)
if i click on Bedford press or Mousse under publishers section, the section above expands as well. no idea if it's a bug or if i did some mistakes that interfere with the plugin ...but i noticed that if there is only one picture in the exhibit or none all works fine, if there's more than one this effect kicks in.
this works the same for both indexpand and expanding menus

Use Indexpand instead.

Then I can look at what's happening better. This is very strange...

Done. I excluded from expanding all but Publishers and Books sections. Thanks for having a look :)

This is so bizarre - never seen anything like that. It makes no sense.

think i've noticed one more thing. The weird expanding bit occurs only when i click on exhibits which have On click: unlinked set.

Clicking on exhibits which are set with On click: grow, the menus collapse and all works properly. But i need the images unlinked :)

So this would mean there is a collision of javascripts...I think.

I'll try to reproduce this on my end...see what I can do.

I have been beefing up my javascript skills lately just for this kind of thing...our javascript needs to be better.

Disable the old expanding menu to toss it out. You can't use both that and Indexpand at the same time. Only use Indexpand (it's much better).

I'm using only indexpand now and it's the same problem :)

Why do you have all of your sections excluded with Indexpand? You should disable all of those as well.

I've never seen it this messed up - I'm a bit stumped at the moment. I can't reproduce this on my computer.

Can I play around with your site a little bit? Just login to the studio and try some things...
