I can't find the way to "expand" the year for my projects...where can I do this, here is a screenshot where we can see that when I create a exhibit the minimum year is 2004 (how can I choose 1997 for example ?)

Oof...where is that? I believe that in /ndxzsite/config/options.php you will find a variable for the first/beginning year of project years (obviously it is currently 2004). Edit this with your code editor...
