Indexhibit Support

Hi
I am finally upgrading to version 2, it didn't choose to start the install all over again. After following instruction via the ndxzstudio/install.php, the new version is installed. However my site doesn't display images anymore, it only shows this:
quistrebert.com/index.php/works/exhibitions/
It seems the image source isn't recognized…
I am also trying to make sense of this page :
indexhibit.org/tutorials/upgrade/updating-templates-and-exhibit-formats/
I don't get how to update the different files, do you think this tutorial page above could help fixing my image source problem?

Could you also explain to me this :

'Variables should be changed from:
-> Updating templates and exhibit formats'

I'm not an expert, so i'm working out each steps of the tutorial very slowly…
So, shall I replace the sentence by 'Updating templates and exhibit formats'?
And on which file should this change be done , the /ndxzsite/default/index.php , but then where exactly should I put this, i can't seem to find anywhere on this file?

And also, when i go to my website (quistrebert.com), this shows up:
Fatal error: Class 'exhibit' not found in /datas/vol1/quistrebert.com/var/www/htdocs/ndxzstudio/common.php on line 114

Any clue how I can fiw this?
