Indexhibit Support

Hello I have found something on another postings that is a link to this script...
http://www.designinsane.org/ndxz-studio/site/js/ddaccordion.js

I would really like to apply this type of style to my menu/index section of my website -
www.james-shilton.co.uk
....but I dont really know how to do it, could someone please explain what I need to do with the code?

I have not been able to figure this out from the post...
I cannot get past step 4-
step 4
in the folder /ndzx-studio/site/sample/ edit the index.php file
step 5 in this file you should see something like:

when I open the index.php file in text edit, all it shows is
built with indexhibit, and none of the info that it says I should see, when I look at the thumbnail of the file on my desktop I can see it has more info/type on it though.
