I have followed the instructions for upgrading and when I directed myself to:
polina-zioga.com/ndxzstudio/…
and selected language, I got this message on screen:
XX files not ok
XX /files/gimgs/ folder not OK
XX /files/dimgs /folder not OK
XX /ndxzsite/config/ folder not OK
Any clues on what might be wrong and what I could do to fix it?
Please have a look ASAP.

Yes. You need to get your permissions correct. Did you read through the installation process - there's a section about Permissions there (indexhibit.org/tutorials/getting-started/installation-long-version/)

Yes, I have done and actually there were already changed to 755, since I had installed before Indexhibit v0.70e.
Ok, I talked to my host and sorted out the permissions-issue. They needed it to be enabled by them. I also started updating my themes and exhibits, but something seems not right since my website is completely blank!
Once more, any clues?
